The Tecumseth Lofts is an original loft conversion of an existing commercial building into just 28 lofts. Developed by Walter Harhay and designed by architect Len Sedun, the Tecumseth Lofts are located on the northwest corner of King and Tecumseth and were completed in 1999.
Ceiling heights range from 9 feet to 28 feet but average 11 feet. Loft sizes range from a 710 to 1,150 square feet for one bedroom plus den units and up to 1,555 square feet for 2 bedroom lofts.
Shaker cabinets with an open concept kitchen are standard. Some lofts have gas kitchens with a gas outlets equipped for barbecuing. Most suites have skylights, hardwood floors, granite floors, counters, gas fireplaces, and jacuzzi tubs.
